Tandoori chicken tacos are a great way to break out of your taco funk. If you like Indian cooking, you will love this taco twist.

  • 12 corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 batch of chicken tikka
  • ½ small white onion, thinly sliced
  • cilantro to garnish
  • lime wedges to serve
Mint raita drizzle
  • ½ cup plain greek yoghurt
  • 2-3 Tbsp cilantro, finely minced
  • 1 green onion, finely minced
  • ¼ tsp curry powder
  • milk to thin
  • salt to taste
  1. Prepare the chicken tikka.
  2. Warm the tortillas by wrapping them in a damp towel and microwaving them until warm.
  3. Assemble the tacos and drizzle with mint raita.
Mint raita
  1. Combine all the ingredients except the milk. Add the milk slowly, stirring constantly, until you get to the consistency of heavy cream.
